To benefit the Butte Valley Ambulance Vehicle Replacement and Building Fund

Drawing to be held August 18, 2007 at the fundraiser barbeque dinner at Dorris City Hall. Need not be present to win

Taxes, registration fees, and transfer fees, if applicable, are the responsibility of the winner.

Prize Restrictions: . Any portion of a prize not accepted by winner will be forfeited. Federal, state, and local taxes on each prize and any expenses relating to the acceptance and use of a prize not specified herein as being awarded are the responsibility of the winner.

Winner Notification: Winners will be notified by telephone within or around five business days after selection. Winner must respond within 5 days of being notified or prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected from the remaining entries.

Odds: Odds of winning are based on the number of valid entries received by the deadline. For the name of drawing winner, write to: to Butte Valley Ambulance Service, PO Box 9, Dorris, CA. 96023 by September 30, 2007. Additional Terms: By participating, entrants, or, if minors, their parents or legal guardians agree to: a) the Official Rules and the decisions of the judges and Butte Valley Ambulance, which shall be final in all respects; and b) release, discharge, indemnify, and hold harmless Butte Valley Ambulance, their advertising and promotion agencies, and all of their respective officers, directors, agents, employees, from any liability, claims, or damages arising out of their participation in the contest and the acceptance, use, misuse, or possession of the prize. Sponsor reserves the right to modify prize award procedures. Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any entry or entrant and/or to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the contest and at its sole discretion award prizes from among all eligible entries validly received prior to the action taken. Releasers are not responsible for printing or typographical errors in any contest-related materials; for stolen, lost, late, misdirected, damaged, incomplete, illegible, or postage-due mail or entries.
